QDoctor does not provide medical advice or online consultation. Doctors provide the clinical service independently. QDoctor helps people organise and follow the waiting queue.
For patients
Patients can find participating providers, choose an available sitting, book a serial or token, see whether the doctor is at the chamber, follow live queue movement and view an estimated turn time. Estimates update as the real queue progresses and may change.
For doctors
Doctors can manage their chamber schedule, start and run an in-person queue, call the next patient, manage bookings and walk-ins, and communicate operational queue updates. Doctor Pro is an optional paid subscription offering enhanced operational and profile features.
For pharmacies and clinics
Pharmacies and clinics can combine advance bookings and walk-ins into one operational queue, issue tokens, manage attendance and reduce repeated calls about waiting time. Clinic Pro adds annual capacity plans for larger multi-doctor organisations.
Payments and charges
Any QDoctor platform fee or subscription charge is disclosed before payment. A doctor's consultation fee is normally paid at the chamber and is separate from QDoctor's software or booking charge. See Pricing and charges for details.
Important limitations
- QDoctor is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for urgent care.
- QDoctor does not diagnose, prescribe or guarantee any medical outcome.
- Token positions and ETAs are operational estimates; emergencies, late arrivals and consultation length can change them.
- Provider schedules, fees and availability are controlled by the relevant doctor, pharmacy or clinic.
