Clinic Pro annual plans
Clinic Pro is optional for larger clinics and hospitals. All plans are billed annually; no free trial applies.

Upgrades and renewals
When a clinic upgrades during an active annual term, the checkout quote is calculated by QDoctor and shown before payment. The charge is based on the remaining value due for the higher tier under QDoctor's current upgrade rule. Renewals occur at the price and interval shown at checkout; users can cancel future renewal through the payment channel used.
Taxes, store pricing and final amount
Displayed amounts are in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes, payment-provider adjustments or store-specific price tiers are shown in the final checkout. The checkout screen is authoritative for the amount charged. We never collect card or UPI credentials directly; payment providers process them securely.
