This distinction matters — for you, and for how we handle data:
- Not a medical or telemedicine app. No video consults, no diagnosis, no prescriptions, no symptom checkers.
- Not medical advice. QDoctor never tells you what's wrong or what to take. Your doctor does that, in person.
- Not a health-records service. We don't store diagnoses, prescriptions, lab results or medical history.
- Not a replacement for a doctor or a pharmacy. It's the software that gets you to them without the wait.
Because QDoctor only handles the queue, it only needs queue-level data: your name, your phone number, and the serial you booked. Nothing about your health.
